Procedure to qualify for Regionals:
To qualify for Regionals, all teams MUST first participate in their "State/Association" State/Championship Tournament. Each "State/Association" will have four (4) berths from their "State/Association" Championship Tournament to qualify to participate the Regional Tournament. The top two (2) finishers in the Regional Championship Tournament will receive a berth to the National Championship Finals in Clovis, CA. Continuation of Championship Play: The Tournament Director will require the winning team(s) manager to sign the National Tournament Entry Form to accept the berth to advance in Championship Play upon the completion of the final game AND/OR ALL other teams entered in a qualifying tournament will sign a statement or National Championship Entry Form indicating they will advance. The effect of signing this form will either freeze or release players from their roster. Minimum requirement for photo I.D. The Pacific Coast Region has established a minimun requirement for I.D.'s in all Championship Play. I.D.'s must include a current photo on a sheet of paper with name printed on it and a place for the players signature. A copy of players birth certificate must accompany this paper.
